Terms of Service

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your company to these Terms to create an account.

Workspace ownership: The person who creates a workspace is the workspace owner and admin. Owners can invite team members, assign roles (Admin, Project Manager, Field Tech), and manage billing.

Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@cooptrack.app of any unauthorized use.

Role permissions: Different roles have different access levels. Admins can access and modify all workspace data. Project Managers can manage assigned projects. Field Techs can view and update assigned projects only. By inviting a team member, you grant them permissions consistent with their assigned role.

Plans: CoopTrack offers subscription plans with different feature limits (team size, active projects, storage). Current plans and pricing are listed on our Pricing page.

Billing: All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees plus any applicable taxes.

Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew monthly or annually (depending on your billing cycle) unless canceled before the renewal date.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Free trials: We may offer free trials. When the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan unless you cancel beforehand.

Lifetime deals: Promotional lifetime access grants perpetual use of the Service for the workspace that redeemed the offer, subject to fair-use limits and these Terms.

Your content: You retain ownership of all project data, photos, documents, and other content you upload to CoopTrack. We do not claim ownership of your content.

License to us: You grant CoopTrack a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your authorized users.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content you upload and share. CoopTrack is not responsible for content uploaded by users.

Customer portals: When you share project data via a customer portal link, you are responsible for ensuring the recipient is authorized to view that information. Shared links should be treated as confidential.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

CoopTrack is a project management tool, not a legal or financial advisor. We are not responsible for construction decisions, contract disputes, or financial outcomes related to your projects.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoopTrack's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time. Workspace deletion permanently removes all projects, photos, documents, and team data.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required by law. We will provide notice where feasible.
